Procedure Costs and Financing

The cost of each hair graft with our surgical center is currently only $3.00 per all-size grafts. We are the first Medical Institute to offer grafts for only $3.00 and especially the only ones to offer $3.00 for ALL-SIZE grafts.

 

Although there are other clinics and chain store type places out there which try to “wheel and deal”, you must be careful of what you are getting and read the fine print! Our price of only $3.00 is for FOLLICULAR grafts, which are the most popular grafts in use today. Follicular grafts consisting of 1to 2 hairs each are fantastic for recreating frontal hairlines where transplanted grafts should look completely natural and undetectable.

 

Then there are larger grafts consisting of 3 to 5 hairs each which are perfect for the mid-scalp (top of the head) and crown areas. These larger grafts still look completely natural but yet give you GREATER DENSITY to your hair! (Some clinics call this combination of graft sizes the "vari-grafting" approach).

 

With the larger size grafts you are going to be paying less per actual hair. For example: a “mini” graft consisting of 3 hairs will cost you $1.00 per hair with our surgical center. (A mini graft with 3 hairs ÷ $3.00 = $1.00 per hair).

 

To achieve the same density with follicular units (FUE method) you would need 3 individual hairs transplanted to equate to just “one” 3-haired graft.

 

According to internet statistics; the average cost for just “1” follicular unit (FUE) is $3.00 to $6.00 per hair/unit. So, 3 (FUE) units multiplied by an average cost of $4.50 = $13.50 for the same amount of hairs that would get with one 3-haired graft at only $3.00.

 

The cost for an FUE procedure is substantially more expensive and gives a lot less density as well!

Most other facilities don't want to waste their time on what they consider "small procedures" whether it would be more beneficial to you or not.

Another thing to be careful of is firms that say they charge $3 per hair graft - but have loopholes or certain conditions that apply. This is usually the price per graft AFTER you pay the full price on say 1,000 plus grafts. This is called a sliding scale fee. In other words the more grafts you have implanted the less cost per graft. Don't ever let a hair loss clinic talk you into getting more grafts just because they are cheaper when you buy more. This "buy cheaper in bulk" ploy is a slick, tricky and unethical sales tool to get more money out of you.

 

Our surgical center does not have a sliding scale fee system. Your price is only and always $3.00 per hair graft.

The average price of hair transplants with other clinics:

 

The nationwide average cost per (non-FUE) grafts with other clinics is $6-$9. Clinics charging $4 and $5 per graft (with or without stipulations) are also common. If the average cost per graft is between $4 and $8 that gives you an average of $6.00 per graft. Using that amount, let's compare our price with this average $6.00 figure.
